NGOLEDGE POLICY

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

1. Students are required to satisfactory attempt and submit all homework, if students fail to complete two consecutive weeks parents would be notified according. If by the third week all homework remains incomplete, Ngoledge would reserve the right to suspend all further tuition.
2. Students are required to sit and satisfactorily complete all the examinations. In the event that a student fails to sit this exam, there will be no supplementary exam.

ATTENDANCE

1. Satisfactory attendance and participation in a minimum of forty out of forty - eight weeks.
2. Students are expected to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled lessons.
3. If for any reason students miss a class, the onus is completely upon the students to find out the content and information disclosed in the class. Failure to do so is not acceptable as a reason for being unaware of any announcements, or having missed examinations and assessable information.
4. If any students were absent for 3 or more consecutive weeks without prior notice, this would result in immediate cancellation of their tuition.



PAYMENTS

1. Payment invoices are issued to individual students at the beginning of each term.
2. Full payment is payable by the due date in cash or by cheque.
3. If payments were past due, the tutor would give a verbal late payment reminder. If payments are not made within the following week, an official final notice invoice would be issued detailing full payment and late fees requesting immediate payment as continuous late payment would result in the cancellation of your child/children's tuition.
4. Late payments are subjected to $15 late fee.
5. Payments are still required on the absent day(s) as the relevant work would still be issued.
6. If a students cancels at short notice (less than 2 weeks), Any debts outstanding must be paid and all payments for lessons in advance are automatically forfeited.
7. Fees for tuition are $15 per hour or $30 per lesson payable monthly in advance. Discounts apply to payments made termly (12 weeks).
8. Strictly no refund on any or all payments made in advance.

GENERAL

1. We strive to provide the best possible service. However, we will not be held accountable or responsible for the academic success or lack of thereof demonstrated by the students. Although we will do everything in our power to help grades and skill sets improve, we can offer no guarantee thereto.
2. All materials we create in-house are copyright. You agree that you will not publish or distribute any portions of any materials without prior written permission from us.
